You want to get more physically fit but often make excuses for why you don't have time to be active. what strategy can with this problem? find an activity you enjoy and make it a priority in your schedule wait to exercise until you are in the mood so you won't make excuses cut back on calories on days you are not motivated to be physically active only exercise at the end of the day so you are consistent every day
