Describe the major difference between a person with good wellness and one heading towards premature death

A person with good wellness intakes many vitamins, minerals, and water from fruits, vegetables, and nuts. These complex foods can help boost your energy level and keep your BMI (body mass index) in check. Another thing a person with good wellness can do is have a good amount of sleep (8 hours) and exercise regularly. Also always staying clean with good hygiene (like bathing and always brushing your teeth) All the while having regular checkups with your family doctor to ensure that any diseases that can be genetic be caught before the stages of the disease advance.

On the other hand, you can imagine that a person heading towards a premature death would do the opposite of all the things listed above. For example, using drugs, eating unhealthy, and not getting the proper amount of sleep and exercise as needed.
