Which tool should be used when transferring a patient from a bed to a wheelchair?

It depends if the patient can move themselves or if the can move themselves but with help of a nurse. The nurse will help the up with the wheelchair by their side and the sit them down, or the patient will use their eating board I forgot what they are called to help themselves up and to move to the chair.
