What is Fomite borne diseases?

A fomite is any object that can facilitate horizontal bacteria transmission of bacteria or virus (person to person). Almost every object on earth could theoretically act as a fomite. 

Dbecause it isn't always an athlete, breathing techniques don't have to be advanced, and consistent intensity won't make it go down or stay the same

Personality is a mixture of characteristics/qualities that form an individual's distinctive persona. it can be influenced by environmental and biological factors; one's culture is a most important factor that shape personality. extreme mood swings, unstable relationships, distorted self-image, impulsive/risky behavior, explosive anger, chronic feelings of sadness/emptiness, etc. these could indicate that someone could have a personality disorder.
