you are a personal trainer for a movie star. the movie star is leaving the country to film a movie and wants you to write an exercise program that she can take with her. in your program you need to include descriptions of a modified push-up and a chest stretch. create a description for these two activities.

For push-up you can say, shoulder taps (you tap each shoulder while in push up position), plank and for chest lifting weights i have no clue on chest stretches

A modified push-up is where you put yourself on the ground and push your arms against the floor with your knees holding up your bottom half and your hands holding up your upper body. From there you push the floor then, decline your position by lowering your elbows like you are pushing away something heavy. Repeat

A chest stretch is where you place your hands behind your head, while sitting at your desk or wherever. Then pull your shoulder blades together and bring your elbows back as far as possible.Hold this position for 30 seconds.Release the stretch and relax your arms at your sides. Wait  ABOUT 10 seconds. Repeat
