Describe the history of the sport of lacrosse

Lacrosse originated from a tribal game played by Indians native to what is now Canada. Hundreds of Indians from different tribes would gather together to play the game with one ball, each of them with a stick. The game was altered by European Immigrants in North America to the game it is now.
