Vitamin C supplements are always helpful when trying to avoid any illness. 
Washing your hands at least 3 times daily. Inhaling essential oils with a humidifier. Drinking hot tea on a regular basis. Eating properly proportioned meals each day, with the right amount of water for your body weight. Getting enough sleep and exercise. Bathe on a healthy basis.
The healthier you are over all will always help avoid illness. 

Ok, before buying a burger. think of you diet and calories. how many calories are you suppose to eat a day. and look at how much fat, calories, salt is in it. if it is ok to you, then buy it. but if you think that it's to much fat and salt for you. don't buy !
