The links in the chain of transmission by following procedure policy of hand washing before and after patient contact to stop the spread of infection, regularly disinfecting high touch areas and by using PPE(personal protective equipment) according to Standard Precaution or Transmission Based Precautions. 

Dbecause it isn't always an athlete, breathing techniques don't have to be advanced, and consistent intensity won't make it go down or stay the same
