Why is it important to know about the health triangle?

The health triangle refers to the tool that help to examine three dimensions of health: mental, physical and social. These three dimensions create the health triangle.

This "theory" or tool has educational purposes. It states that these three dimensions are close related or interconnected, they depend each other. Therefore, the true and final health state is the balance between these three dimensions, this means that the emphasis of one side lead to an unbalance relation, which ends in lack of health.

Therefore, the important thing to know about the health triangle is that having good health state depends on three main factors that have to be balanced and developed. We must have to improve mental, physical and social health to have a healthy life.
