A diet that helps you lose weight can actually be a healthy one. if you want to lose weight, there are a few different diets you can chose from. in my opinion a plant based diet normally used for losing weight is a healthy diet. when I go on a diet I don't eat any meat. since meat has a lot of fats that you don't really need, this help prevent you from gaining weight and if you continue with a plant based diet, it can help you lose weight. this is all my opinion and the opinion of my family so plz don't hate me for it. hope this helps :-)
