Which (if any) is not considered self-harm?

a. cutting
b. burning
c. rubbing (so skin layers come off and you get blisters)

I think each can be considered self-harm, with cutting and burning as obvious ones. Rubbing I think won't be considered by many as one but it does still hurt so it technically is self-harm.

All of these things would be considered self-harm. I hope this is just a question for education and you're not actually using any of these. Stay safe
