i cant insert a picture but i can do the paragraph: the importance of reading food labels is, very important. its important because if you don't, and you have a peanut allergy, or any allergy, the food labels are the way to find out what's in it. also, it can say how ever many calories, for example this one is 140 calories, which means its not very high calorie, on the other hang if you find one label with a lot, you may not want to eat it.
