So does this sounds like a good weight lose plan? First it's always good to plan what your going to work on, on what days. For example: Sundays - arms, Mondays - abs, etc..
A good workout plan would be:
• 20 sit ups
• 25 crunches
• 50 squats
• 50 jumping jacks
• 50 arm circles
• 1 minute tricep stretch
• 20 burpees
• 3 minute run in place
* Its also a good point to eat healthy as well when doing these exercises!
