Today was a sad day. One of my horses (Coco) my purebred Friesian had to be put down due to really bad colic. I got Coco when I was 5 (im 13) and it may sound weird but he was my best best best friend ever. No horse could ever replace him. I love you coco

though, as as minerals are for us, they can also be very dangerous if one were to consume too many. if you were to take too much minerals, or even vitamins, you could experience nausea and diarrhea. all trace minerals can be very toxxic at high levels of consumption. taking too much of some minerals will result in hair loss! but this goes with almost everything in life, taking too much of something that is good, will eventually be bad for you.

my intake in minerals was normal. there really is no need to improve, i am healthy, and i am experiencing no nausea or diarrhea. i am as healthy as a bee. ☺ (sorry that i cannot you with the mineral intake)
