I think its a more active person.

Explanation: because a more active person might not focus on their calories than a less active person meaning a more active person would be playing or jogging or more things. But a less active person might be jogging after a long time and eat more thing with have a lot of calories. But a more active person would focus less and do more active things. :) hope i'm right.
