Avery feels like she lives in the intensive care unit. She loves her job as a registered nurse, but because there are only three registered nurses on staff, she covers almost every night shift. She’s exhausted when she gets home; however, Avery has a hard time falling asleep because she worries that she may have missed something with her patients. What might be the BEST way for Avery to handle the stress she is facing? Call in sick for a few days to just rest.

Speak to her supervisor about the stress she feels.

Take some extra caffeine pills when it’s time to go in.

Put in her two weeks’ notice at the hospital.
