Morals- A lesson, especially one concerning what is right or prudent, that can be derived from a story, a piece of information, or an experience.

Responsibility- The state or fact of having a duty to deal with something or of having control over someone.
"a true leader takes responsibility for their team.

Respect- A feeling of deep admiration for someone or something elicited by their abilities, qualities, or achievements.

Compassion- Sympathetic pity and concern for the sufferings or misfortunes of others.

Honestly- The definition of honesty is the quality of being truthful. An example of honesty is telling the truth even after doing something wrong.
