TIPS FOR SLEEP (please dont report me for not asking questions, I like posting advice)

1) wake up at 6. It took me YEARS to finaly do this but once i did it changed my life, waking up early you can see the sunrise and get a head start on the day, since you woke up so early you will tired earlier and fall asleep much quicker at night.

2) wear chapstick, wearing something scented like chapstick or putting essential oils on your pillow will relax you.

3) go to bed in clean clothes, it will make you feel so much more conferrable and relaxed.

4) put a fan on and wear socks, sweatpants, and a sweater, it makes you more conferrable and with the fan you are less likely to wake up from sweating from the heat of the covers.

5) wear a sleep mask! This is the best tip by far, it keeps distractions out of the, helps force your eyes shut to fall asleep faster, keeps light out in the morning and is very conferrable!
