GIRLS--- PERIOD HELP What is the best way that you use that gets rid of period cramps- fast or just as long as it works within half an hour. ??? help a girl out, I take ibuprofen but it doesn't always work or it takes too long to kick in.

Take 2 ibuprofen and lay on your tummy on  heating pad on high

I just heat a little rag and put it where it is hurting if you want to make one you can you just have to get a unused sock and put rice inside then you heat it up on the microwave

Another thing you can do is take a warm bath, yes I said bath and not shower because you are trying to feel peace and take some of the pain away and just relax. That helps me too!

EAT FRUIT! if you have some it helps relieve some pain too!

Avoid mostly alot of food like meat and milk , fries, chips etc. DRINK LOTS of water it will end it sooner!!
