What does my health teacher mean by this I’m kind of confused can you explain it better for me?

You’re teacher is wanting you to maybe describe your stressors and whoever may be apart of the stressors

Your teacher would like you to list off things that make you stressed like school, homework, chores, etc. and then explain how these make you feel (anxious, unfocused, etc).

Now, choose whether you are going to avoid these things, change these things, get used to them or accept them.

Once you’ve circled one way you will deal with this things, explain how you will do this.
