How does fast food (in general) effect society? I'm asking this for an essay and any info would be greatly appreciated. Also if you can use any good sources for the answer would help a lot. If i can figure out how to award points then I shall

meat, egg and dairy and other foods products like potatoes are the main ingredients in fast food, the exponential increase in its consumption has engendered a wide range of diseases in the society. People of young ages are becoming the victims of diabetes, cholesterol, heart disease, high blood pressure and obesity. Moving on, people also start to waste their money as they get addicted to junk food because its tasty and they start to feel lazy to cook food at home. Fast food also affect some of the people in society where sometimes everyone does not have their dinner together because one has already bought and ate the food.
