I need help i think i have insomnia i want sleep but i just can't PLZ HEL

Maybe listening to some calming music or ASMR will help you sleep better. I also recommend turning down the brightness of any of your devices and using the night shift. If none of that works I would recommend getting medication such as melatonin if you just absolutely cannot sleep :) do not be afraid to ask your parents for some. If you can't get medicine :,) just keep reaching out or researching.
