1.) working out with friends can be a good thing but you can get distracted by talking so you won't work out

2.) Studying can be better with friends. If you study for too long with out a break, it can mess with your memory. If your friends are there, they would talk to you causing a break during studying.

3.) i would kindly tell them that in order to get the ball up the field communication is key. If we work together, we can win!

4.) Bob Hayes played many sports. He played a sport for each season. He does this to stay in shape all year round.

2. Running is very safe and effective and great to do with your friends or just brisk walking is also a good excercise and safe also going on a bike ride with friends is safe
