How do you handle stress and pressure when you don't handle it well?

for me i take it internally which is a rlly bad thing. my body is very tough but you can tell when im struggling when i get hurt or sick. my body is very very tough but when my gma died i dislocated almost all my ribs. ( she died about a month ago still dealing with the ribs). so my best advice is dont take it internally god gives us struggles he knows we can survive through. so dont be super stressed because everything works out the way it should? the way it must. i dont say this and mean dont try  try to succeed but dont let it bother you if u didnt quite make it because everything works out the way its suppose to and it will be okay. dont take things internally express your feelings and explain thats all you can do.

humans are very odd creatures. yet, this question is very biased against males. all genders do happen to cheat on their wives / husbands. the real question should be why genders cheat on the person they love. some people might make bad choices, or just make a mistake
