   Fitness related technologies include treadmill, stationary bikes, fitness trackers and buch more. These technologies can help improve personal fitness by making fitness available at home and creating a way for you to track your fitness. When people have lots of ways to exercise they can find a routine\plan that works best for them and, if they continue to follow that plan, then they will be able to live a healthy life as a result of exercising. Working out also makes the body stronger and develop more stamina for example, after you have worked out for a while you might be able to run for an hour instead of 30 minutes or, lift 30 pounds instead of 15.
