Bullying is aggressive behavior that includes an imbalance of power and repetition. Bullying may include verbal, social, or physical bullying or cyberbullying. Bullying can lead to depression, negative self-image, loneliness and anxiety, suicidal thoughts, and other consequences. Some ways to prevent bullying are to practice tolerance and encourage your friends to do the same, tell an adult if you see someone being bullied, and ask for help if you need it. Having a positive self-image and developing positive relationships are good ways to protect yourself from bullying. respond to short-answer questions and prompts.
