4.If you were to be starting your own personal fitness journey for the first time right now;based on everything that you have learned in the unit, where would you begin? What would be some important first
steps for you to take?

If I was starting my fitness journey right now I would start off by asking some questions to myself, how long do I exercise in a week currently? And what are some exercises I like to do? By figuring out my favorite exercises I would start and make a workout routine with them so that I have a fun time exercising and don’t feel a struggle. I would also want to slowly boost up the amount of time I exercise in a week to slowly reach my fitness goal. I would also make sure not to overwork myself as it can cause exhaustion and loss of motivation, so I will take my time and slowly reach my fitness goal and not injure my body in the process.
