When You Have Kids What choices will you make regarding their health? Would you continue to allow them to eat unhealthy foods or will you have them on a controlled fruits and vegetable diet?

if im being honest i wouldnt really worry too much about what my kids eat because their kids and their young. growing up ive always been told to stop eating spicy chips , and too much candy. and i didnt listen so i go through some medical issues which is no fun at all. so i would say the only thing i would really do is make sure my kids chill on spicy food, too much candy , caffeine and definetly more healthy!!!
