How can we add two numbers together without signs

Write a function that returns sum of two integers. The function should not use any of the arithmetic signs (+, ++,  -, .. etc).The  Sum of two bits can be found by performing XOR(exclusive or) (^) of both bits.

well when looking at this if you think about it   negativley and positivley   react with each other and when the first layer gets full they add layers it starts with 2 on the first layer and it constantly goes on until the official number is there
