well, depression is a constant battle, but if you need some coping strategies, I got you,

1. talk to people, Ik that when your feeling depressed all you want to do is isolate yourself from others, and its hard to I understand, but its always good to be around people, it distracts you from your conscious

2. depression is a chemical imbalance in the brain, its a lack of dopamine, oxytocin, serotonin and endorphins (thats just a good fact to know abt depression)

3. sometimes pretending your happy helps, it convence yourrself that your happy

4. dont bottle your emotions, if you bottle your emotions ur just adding stress to yourself, and if you continue to do so u will reach a breaking point and explode in emotions over a little thing so try and yell when ur alone punching  pillow
