1. I do not know anyone in the American healthcare system who had a similar story with Veronica. I do however know of a friend who has such a story in the African health care system. He was diagnosed as asthmatic but continues to suffer recurrent breathing difficulties. I believe that the irritant causing the allergy is in his home or environment.

2. He and other patients in America who had similar stories like Veronica can benefit from an organization like HealthBegins because they would engage the services of a community health worker who would investigate their homes and environment to determine the factor causing the health problems (in my friend's case, recurrent breathing difficulties).
