How do eating fruits, vegetables, and whole grains instead of processed high-fat foods most likely affect a person’s health

Because fruits have nutrients in them which help your body because you need them,, if you were eat eat mcdonald’s everyday or fried food like that, it would make you gain weight because it isn’t good for you and doesn’t have as manny nutrients as fruit

Because without physical activity, the body has extra "energy" if you will, and so when it is time for bed you are not tired, so you end up staying up all night. also there is probably an effect on your internal clock, which messes with your melatonin production which goes hand in hand with your sleep cycle
