It could be from their body language or the way they dress and behave. It is insightful to be aware of how our past can affect our present thoughts about someone else. some people judge others because of jealousy, but don't let them judge you! How you may ask? Well, be compassionate, Ignore them, Think positive, Focus on appreciation, Kill them with kindness!
