Why should we be healthy?

Being healthy helps you live longer, you can have more mobility as you age, there’s a less chance for you to get sick.

you just age well and live a “calmer” life bc there’s a leas chance for you to be diagnosed with a health issue (ie- a lot of sugar can increase your chance of getting heart disease)

Air goes past the epiglottis and into the trachea when you breathe in. from there, it goes to your vocal cords in the larynx until it reaches the bronchi. from the bronchi, air passes into each lung.
