Even if they have health insurance, people pay some amount for healthcare. When a person has little income, this amount can become difficult. People with less education can spend as much as 50 percent of their income on housing, leaving little for money for healthcare and other expenses. As a result of not getting needed healthcare, people can develop health conditions or leave health conditions untreated.
