How have you managed to keep on top of your work during this quarantine? ( 1 paragraph)

I put my phone away and only used it on breaks, i use my phone alot and when i see it i tend to use it so me putting it away helps heaps

i put some music on, music is really good and uplifts most people

eating regularly helps your body stay consistent and keeps energy up

hydration

a room with heaps of sun light, sun light releases melatonin which may help u feel confident in what your doing

Ok, before buying a burger. think of you diet and calories. how many calories are you suppose to eat a day. and look at how much fat, calories, salt is in it. if it is ok to you, then buy it. but if you think that it's to much fat and salt for you. don't buy !
