Hey!! I’m a girl, I’m 15, will be 16 on July 28th. I’m considering about joining the Marine Corps. I’m 5’7 (67 inches) and I weigh around 175. i know this might sound heavy but I carry my weight well, I am not fat, I run as often as possible. I’m going to start training myself this summer (meaning exercise, boxing, and eating healthy). Other than that, I was curious on what the marine corps do on a day to day basis. I know they attack the beaches, and oceans but what else do they do, and aren’t they on land a lot too? As a female, my parents are iffy on me going, they don’t want me to end up dead. But I think choosing this career and maybe even becoming a Marien Corps Officer will be very useful. If you know anything about being in the Marines, what they do, the training, and all of that, let me know! Please
