Scenario

You are a volunteer carer helping the elderly people in a day centre and in their homes. You have been asked to care for an 85 years old man who has physical and hearing problems. The Director has asked if you could present to the team of volunteers the care values that underpin care practice.
As part of your voluntary role, you have also been asked to provide care to teenagers in a youth centre and one of them have told you he is taking illegal drugs in front of others.
