Nurses, by definition, are caregivers. They provide both physical and emotional care to patients, families, and other stakeholders in health. Being concerned about the well-being of others is one of the most important traits you can have. This includes traits like empathy and compassion.

i would suggest to drink some water, my eyes get dry early in the morning and is that dose not much you can try some eye drops, flushing it with eye solution, and if its red i would think it could be pink eye, allergies also effects the eyes, nose, ears and others so it could be that, the best solution i can think is try to flush it and if it dose not then see a doctor.
