c. fungi
Explanation:
The fungi (Fungi), designates a group of eukaryotic organisms among which are molds, yeasts and mushrooms. They are classified in a kingdom different from that of plants, animals and bacteria. This differentiation is due, among other things, to the fact that they have cell walls composed of chitin, unlike plants, which contain cellulose and because some grow and / or act as parasites of other species. They are currently considered as a heterogeneous, polyphyletic group, formed by organisms belonging to at least three independent evolutionary lines.
Although it has been fragmented quite a bit, even the majority of the species belong to the Mushroom kingdom and most likely the groups that have been included are polyphyletic. Even so, they have common characteristics of organization, nutrition, physiology and reproduction.
The members of the group are generally filamentous, although there are unicellular.
The unicellular type is typical of yeasts. But some fungi, especially some animal pathogens, can exist both as filamentous or as unicellular.
These vegetative filaments of fungi are called hyphae and the set of hyphae is called mycelium.
