Explain how bacteria are both helpful and harmful to our
bodies.

There are two types of bacteria.

1. Is the good bacteria which will not harm you or will not make you cause pain anywhere.
2. Is the bad bacteria which can harm you or your skin and could get you really sick that bacteria we get from others.
