non-pregnant women as a result of her reaching peak bone density.

Calcium is a vital element in the body which is responsible for strong bones

and teeth. The peak bone density however peaks at early adulthood and

intake don't cause much difference in increasing the density.

This is the reason why the recommended calcium in non-pregnant women

was the same as the recommended calcium taken by the pregnant mother
