What is the difference between x-rays and visible light?

Visible light and X-Rays exist on the same spectrum of waves. They are both electromagnetic waves. The difference between the two is that the human eye can only see light between about 400–700 nm wavelength. X-Rays typically have a wavelength of about 0.01–10 nm.
