i use antidepressants to help with my depression and anxiety along with anxiety meds and sleeping pills.

anti depressants are not at all addictive and do work if taken correctly

too much leads to brain damage to little leads to no effect and not taking consistently will lead to a decrease in effectiveness, with one month for the meds to get into your system they will start workign
