Joes way of hanging out with the wrong people can be a big factor of the problem with his substance addiction

Joe is having an excessive amount of alcoholic drinks in a short amount of time. Not only this but his brain is still developing and him drinking alcohol at such a young age can greatly affect the way he thinks and can overpower his brain to consume more of this addictive beverage along with his social influences this is all a recipe for addiction.

They need to know because sometimes they have a symptom
