1. Work ethic -- I think that work ethic is something an individual should work on for a long time, it does not come over night. It seems like an easy thing to do, but it's not, as there are many other things we would rather do than sit in front of the desk. It takes a big responsibility and even bigger character to sit down and work instead of come out and have one. Later, it all pays off.

2. Problem-solving skills -- There is book smart, there is street smart, and there is simply something you are born with. A combination of all the three makes perfection. Sometimes it's not about what we know, but how we know and how we implement the knowledge we have plus how fast we react in the moment of need.

3. Being a team player -- Being someone who works and functions well in a team is not for everybody. It brings numerous benefits as if we treat others right, we know they would do the same for us in the moment in need. It's always better to build a base of '' friends '' than a base of '' enemies '' in each and every work space.
