Why are children and teens in greater danger of breaking a bone than adults

Children and teens are more likely to break a bone because they are more likely to be risk-takers as you get older you worry more like what if I fall or what if I break my leg well most children and teens don't think of the what if's they have a danger factor that most adults don't have
