about one-third of americans will suffer from an anxiety disorder at some point in their lives. about one-quarter will experience a serious depressive episode. although therapy can reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety, many people do not seek professional .  in a paragraph answers these 3 questions.
1) what internal factors might make people more or less likely to seek ? internal factors might include the person’s mood, thought patterns, energy levels, feelings of hopelessness, attitudes toward mental health providers, and so on.
