This gentleman has worsening bilateral hydronephronsis. he did not have much of a post void residual on his bladder scan. he is taken to the operating room to have a bilateral cystocopy and retrograde pyelogram. the results come as gross prostatic hyperplasia with urinary retention as the cause of hydronephrosis

well when looking at this if you think about it   negativley and positivley   react with each other and when the first layer gets full they add layers it starts with 2 on the first layer and it constantly goes on until the official number is there
