Idon't know where else to post this (everything else always requires an account! ) so i'm posting it here: i keep thinking about a nightmare, and it's triggered by the sound of my fan or my pencil scratching when i'm doing homework. it's really hard to fall asleep now because of the fact that my fan is on when i sleep. i'm really sorry, i know this isn't a psychological website, but i just have no other choice. if anyone can't answer me, can someone at least tell me about a recommended website?
